ITV500 thermal camera – See the heat before anything burns out

Heat is always the first warning – long before anything breaks. Motors, ESCs, LiPo batteries and connectors slowly get too hot, magnets lose strength, MOSFETs go into thermal runaway, and batteries age and swell. With the ITV500 you get a compact, precise thermal camera that makes invisible heat visible, so you can protect your RC setup and fine-tune performance down to a few degrees.

How the ITV500 sees heat
All surfaces emit invisible heat (FIR – far infrared). The ITV500 detects this energy and converts it into precise, contactless temperature data, which is displayed as a live thermal image on the screen. You instantly see what is hot, and where it becomes dangerous.

From metal motors to carbon chassis: the ITV500’s adjustable emissivity from 0.01–1.00 ensures that you can calibrate the measurement to almost any surface.

• Provides more realistic temperatures on different materials
• Reduces “material bias”, so you can compare hotspots more reliably
• Emissivity is set directly on the device for optimal accuracy

Note: Emissivity depends on material, surface roughness and oxidation and may deviate from reference values. The higher the emissivity, the more accurate the measurement. For low-emissivity surfaces such as shiny metals or glass, it is recommended to use black tape or black paint on the measuring point for better accuracy.Smart visualization and operation
