Return and Refund Policy for RC Kongen
At RC Kongen, we are dedicated to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, here is our simple and straightforward return policy.
Right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal You have a 14-day right of withdrawal , which applies from the day you receive your item. If you wish to return a product, please ensure that it is in the same condition as when you received it.
Refund The amount you get back depends on the commercial value of the item. If the item has been used or damaged and this has affected the value of the item, you will receive a partial refund equal to the new commercial value. In certain cases, this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
Return of the item You must return the item in the original packaging. It is important that you also ensure that the item is securely wrapped when you return it. You are responsible for the package/goods yourself until we receive them back. Be sure to follow our safe return instructions to avoid any problems.
How to Return

Start your return: Visit our Shipmondo returns portal and enter the necessary information to locate your order.

Select the items you want to return: Follow the on-screen instructions to select the items you want to return.

Prepare your package: Pack the items securely and attach the return label you receive from the return portal.

Send your parcel: Drop off the parcel at the nearest parcel shop. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty and Damages
Our products come with a warranty that covers manufacturing defects. If you experience problems with a product that you believe is covered by the warranty, please contact us. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents or improper use.
Repair service
If you need help repairing your remote control car, we offer a repair service. Send your car to us via the Shipmondo return portal and we will contact you with a price estimate for the repair.
Lipo Batteries
Lipo batteries are only covered by the warranty if they have been treated correctly. This includes charging to 'storage' level after use and avoiding discharge below 3V per cell.

A complaint about a product or service purchased from RC Kongen can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby .
You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk . The EU Commission's online complaints portal can also be used when submitting a complaint.
This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints are lodged here – http://ec.europa.eu/odr . When submitting a complaint, you must indicate our e-mail address, kimb@rckongen.dk.
