EzRun Combo MAX6 G2 - 4990SD 1650kV G2 Sensored 1/6

The Hobbywing EzRun Combo MAX6 G2 with 4990SD G2 1650kV motor is a powerful sensored brushless system for large 1/7 and 1/6 scale RC vehicles, as well as demanding 1/8 heavy-duty monster trucks. It is designed for high load, strong acceleration and precise motor control in vehicles where both power and drivability matter.

The MAX6 G2 ESC is a 200A speed controller with up to 1200A peak current and supports 3-8S LiPo. Its sensored design provides smoother throttle response, especially at low speeds where large vehicles benefit from more controlled power delivery. The ESC is IP67 rated and built for use in demanding conditions.

The included EzRun 4990SD G2 motor is a 4-pole sensored brushless motor with a 1650kV rating. It is made for high-output applications in large and heavy vehicles and is well suited for on-road speed builds, short course trucks, trucks and powerful monster trucks that require strong torque and efficient power transfer.

The combo uses 6.5 mm bullet connectors between the motor and ESC. The ESC does not come with battery connectors pre-installed, allowing you to choose the connector system that best matches your vehicle and battery setup. The built-in switch-mode BEC can be set to 6V, 7.4V or 8.4V at 8A, giving flexibility for modern servo and electronics configurations.

This system is a strong choice for experienced RC drivers looking to upgrade a large vehicle with more controllable power, higher capacity and a robust electronics package from Hobbywing. It is especially relevant for cars where the stock electronics no longer match the vehicle’s weight, grip level or desired performance.
