Castle Creation - CC011-0139-00 - Cooling Fan for 15xx Series Motors V2

The Castle CC011-0139-00 - CC Blower Fan Shroud for 15 Series Motors V2 is designed to maintain optimal motor temperature by providing supplemental cooling. This fan plugs directly into your receiver for power and helps keep your motor cool during operation. It is easy to mount on any 15xx series motor up to 40mm in diameter using the included zip ties.

This product is for supplemental cooling purposes only and should not be used to push the motor beyond its recommended limits or cover up heating issues caused by your setup. The temperature drop will vary depending on the setup.

Installation Instructions: There are two methods for using the zip ties to mount the fan.

• Method 1: Use a single zip tie and loop it under the motor. (20-series requires 2 zip ties).
• Method 2: Use two zip ties and a single run under the motor. (20-series requires 4 zip ties).

Notes:

• Installation is much easier when the motor is removed from the vehicle.
• Two 17-series blower fan shrouds can be used on the 1721 series motors.
• After installing the blower fan shroud on the motor, plug the fan(s) into any open channel on your receiver.
• If you have two fans and only one open channel, use a servo Y-harness.
