1/10 R/C Nissan R91CP

Tamiya 1/10 R/C Nissan R91CP is a limited edition re-release of the legendary Group C racer that made motorsport history with an overall victory at the 24 Hours of Daytona. This 1/10 scale R/C assembly kit is made for enthusiasts, collectors and RC drivers who want to build an iconic Japanese endurance racing machine.

The ultra-low aerodynamic polycarbonate body recreates the distinctive profile of the Nissan R91CP, with separately molded wing and front light cases. Black nylon plastic parts add realistic details such as side mirrors, wing stay, induction pod and wiper, while the cockpit and driver figure enhance the scale appearance. Helmet markings for Kazuyoshi Hoshino, Toshio Suzuki and Masahiro Hasemi are also included.

Beneath the body is a direct-drive 2WD chassis using an ABS bathtub, front and rear space frames and FRP plates. The independent front king pin suspension and rear 3-point setup with FRP T-bar and CVA oil damper provide crisp and responsive handling. Ground clearance can be adjusted at both front and rear to suit the driving surface.

The kit includes a Tamiya Type 540 motor. To complete and run the model, a 2-channel R/C system with servo and ESC, transmitter batteries, a 7.2V battery pack with charger and polycarbonate body paint are required separately.
