In this collection, you’ll find a variety of 48 pitch pinion gears for remote control cars. These gears are suitable for brushed and brushless motors with either a 3mm or 5mm motor shaft, helping you fine-tune your vehicle's performance.
Pinion gears allow you to adjust the gear ratio, enabling more acceleration or top speed based on driving conditions. Fewer teeth on the spur gear result in higher top speed, while more teeth provide quicker acceleration. On the pinion gear, more teeth increase top speed, while fewer teeth enhance acceleration.
Most pinion gears are equipped with a 3mm set screw. For installation, we recommend using this 1.5mm Hex Driver to ensure a secure and precise fit.
